We will send you a FreshBooks invoice. You can pay your invoice using any major credit card. Events must be paid in full 5 days before the event date. We do not accept in-person cash payments.

Sadly, we do not offer refunds, we do however offer one date change if we are given enough notice (4 weeks notice min). For any COVID-related date adjustments will transfer your deposits and payments to another date but they are not refundable.

Yes, we service all of DC, and parts of Maryland and Virginia.

We use HIGH QUALITY balloons intended for design and décor. Our balloons are 100% biodegradable latex balloons and mylar foil balloons. Depending on where they are installed, balloon installations last anywhere from 1 day to 3 months depending on the conditions.

No. Sorry, we do not offer helium balloons.

No. The life span of a balloon is shortened under high heat and sunlight. To prolong life, keep them out of direct sunlight.

I select the best products to ensure that your balloons will last the longest. However, I cannot guarantee how long your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Once the Balloon Garden team leaves the event site, we are not responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked or damaged in any way. Naturally, if WE pop your balloon, it will be replaced at no charge or a refund will be issued.

Once the event has ended, it is the client’s responsibility to take down the installation. We will return to pick up of any our equipment used (i.e. balloon hoops, stands and pipe and drapes). The balloons are yours to keep!

For indoor installations we always use wall friendly, 3M command hooks. These strips do not damage walls. However, we are not responsible for fluke occurrences of damage to wall surfaces.

Step 1- Complete the inquiry form Step 2- If your inquiry form is submitted over the weekend you can expect for me to contact you the following Monday. If inquiry is submitted Monday-Thursday you can expect to hear from me with 24 hours. Step 3- After we’ve gone over questions and you’re ready to proceed with payment, I will send over invoice as well as payment options.

Yes. Flower walls provide excellent backdrops for photos at all events.  Our flower walls are 7ft by 7ft.  We provide the wall, stand installation and return pick-up after the event.

A shimmer wall is a beautiful sparkling wall that can be rented to add a special touch to any event. Our walls are 7ft by 7ft. Please check our event portfolio to see how beautiful the walls are.

Yes. We rent neon signs with a variety of sayings.
